Memorial Day Weekend

Our Memorial Day Weekend started on Thursday evening with the  Discology Aerobic Dance Party from 5:15-6:30 all one needed was head phones and a smart phone and you could dance anywhere and your body thanked you. There were also games in the lounge at 7pm. And NOURISH was open for dinner.

Friday: There was a Sip and Paint at 5:30p

Saturday: In the morning, guest yoga teacher Lindsey led Kundalini Yoga class at 11am and there was Music on the Lawn from 12-6, Akido at 2pm, Children’s Art program at the same time and the Book Club at 5pm. In the evening Moonbeam and Tangerine were our DJ’s for the “Anything but Clothes” dance. Lindsay R won for most imaginative outfit of folding hand fans.  Congratulations Lindsey. Thank you Moonbeam and Tangerine for hosting such a fun event and for your continued service to Lupin.

Sunday: The Dirty Cello Band played starting at 1pm. 

Monday Memorial Day: We had a children’s art project at 2pm and a group of volunteer musicians, friends of  Michelle D. who played music all afternoon to celebrate the holiday.  Thank you, Michelle!
