In this class we explore the rhythms of Cuba and Brazil, focusing on hand technique and
grooving. By the end of the class we should feel a sense of unity through rhythms
originally from West Africa then developed through the diaspora into modern Latin
and Brazilian cells.

We will use only our bodies to create sound and harmony, healing through the release of stagnant energy.

2pm Brazilian Drumming. Some drums will be available. You can bring your Djembes, Congas or Ashikos for this class. ($15 class. But if you pay for your entrance the class is free)
