Tina will guide you through a short somatic breathwork reset designed to help release tension, reconnect with the body, and gently recalibrate the nervous system. This will flow into a deeply restorative therapeutic sound healing experience featuring beautiful Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, and live vocals.

As we approach the September Equinox—a time of balance, transition, and seasonal change—we’ll gather in community to pause, release what no longer serves us, and create space for what we’re ready to welcome into the next chapter. An evening to soften, reconnect, and realign with yourself and the natural rhythms of change.

Through Somatic Breathwork, Alchemy Crystal Tones sound healing, ThetaHealing guided meditation, and energy work, she guides participants inward to release heavy emotions and trapped Qi and reconnect with their natural state of presence and peace. Her sessions weave conscious breath, vibrational frequencies, guided meditation, and intuitive healing into a deeply grounding experience—inviting the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the spirit to reconnect.
