Chrisann Celebration of Life Ceremony

Chrisann’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Waterfall Lawn on Saturday, May 10th, at 4pm. Please bring a dish for an after-service potluck.

Chrisann Snell, a long-time member, resident, and part-time staff member of Lupin, passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 70. Chrisann was a positive force at Lupin, contributing greatly to the community with her time, knowledge, and infectious joy. She was also a cherished member of the Book Club.

Born in France to a decorated Air Force veteran and a nurse mother, Chrisann spent her formative years there. She was a true free spirit—carefree, considerate, and deeply caring, with a wonderful sense of humor. A passionate traveler, she began her journeys at the age of 18 and explored the world extensively, with many more adventures still in the works.

Chrisann is survived by her mother, brother, two sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. She was predeceased by her father and younger brother.

Her friends will remember her as a bright light whose presence was felt by all. She left us far too soon, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
