Movie Night: “The Work”
April 4, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Work is a powerful and raw documentary that takes you inside Folsom Prison, where men from the outside join incarcerated men for an intense four-day group therapy session. This emotional journey explores vulnerability, healing, and the transformative power of confronting pain and trauma. Through tears, anger, and breakthroughs, the film reveals the profound connections that can form when men come together to do “the work” of self-discovery and emotional honesty. Join us at 7pm in the Lounge for this must-watch film about masculinity, growth, and capacity for change.
Viewer advisory is strongly recommended due to potentially mature themes, strong language, and graphic violence. Film not yet rated.
