This unique class will be led by Michael Holland, MS, a seasoned practitioner with over five decades of experience in internal energy practices. Michael took refuge and studied with Tibetan Qigong Master Zi Sheng Wang for 7 years in the early 90s, participated in a Taoist Qigong study group at a Medical Qigong Hospital outside Beijing, China, and further enriched his practice with Sifu Share K. Lew for 3 years and Grandmaster Kenneth Cohen for 1 year.
