Sound Healing with Myla

Join Myla for a grounding and heart-opening sound journey under the shade of the NuDome Lawn. We’ll begin with a sage clearing, followed by gentle OM toning through the chakras- starting at the Crown and moving downward, supported by ukulele tones, bells, and crystal singing bowls. Let your body relax into the Earth as the healing vibrations move through you. Whether lying down or sitting in meditation, this is a sacred space to release, reset, and realign. No experience needed. Please bring a mat, blanket, or towel. Come as you are, leave feeling harmonized.
